2012 Fundraising Calendar
It is year 6 for this fund-raising calendar and again the paintings are from Chiwawatala Middle Basic School in the rural Mfuwe village on the edge of South Luangwa National Park in eastern Zambia. The children had various themes to choose from this year - my favourite animal, my village and of course South Luangwa National Park. The area has very limited resources and the school relies on donations and fund raising efforts for their survival and the winning entries have been printed (with the help of the U-Foundation). The calendars are available at Mfuwe Lodge and the Bushcamps (for $10), all proceeds from the sale of this calendar go directly to various school projects and the pupils and staff thank you for your support.
